Hey, im looking for a new laptop because its my 18th birthday coming up soon and my parents are buying me one hopefully lol.

Ive been looking around recently and thought that a Dell Studio 15 was my favourite. The specs are here:

The one on the far left most probably with a couple of adjustments.

So i was wondering whether anyone has any recommendations or thoughts or something better which i could get for the same sort of price as the one shown above on the far left hand side.

the one you posted is cool, slightly below mine, but still cool Razz (this has bigger hard drive and a 1GB gfx card Smile but everything else is the same ) but just remember that when you buy it you're gonna end up with Vista which is a piece of crap lol

Why you would wanna spend a grand on laptop which can play the same games as a 360 can, and their better on a console anyway, ill never know.

I mean they are pretty cool if you wanna show off to everyone that you can run Crysis but thats practically the only exception and its just a physics sim lol.
