Is GOW2 online broken?

After posting that article about GOW2 being broken online, I just wanted to see your views on the game, answer the poll and leave any comments you have below. All I have to say is, anyone for some Gears 1?

From the very short amount of time ive played both of gears online, gears 1 is much better.

For one it actually runs and doesnt cut out every 2 minutes and people dont lag as much.

Damn right its broke, match making doesn't even work..4v1 is fair? and gears 1 MP isn't much better, from the time I spent on it I've never had a match where the connection hasn't dropped and people have left because they are impatient, just wait don't press B! it doesn't lag that much though lol

and the only map that is played is gridlock lol its a cool map but boring after 30 rounds

I would play the MP on that game so much more if it wasnt a laggy piece of S**T

That game is a f'ing laggy piece of crap, what was the point in even putting multiplayer in.

Gears 2 MP is getting yet another patch to try to fix it if anyone is still interested

Here's a list of the PROPOSED changes, nothing has been confirmed yet and they are still working on the damn thing

Sounds like a step forward i guess, the levelling system like cod4 would be a lot better rather than the crappy trueskill system they have atm.

They still need to sort out the laggy servers, connections and matchmacking process though, it doesnt drop out and come up with the disconnect screen as much as gears 1 but it can still lag like hell.
